Was waking up at random intervals. Not that it was warm or anything; more like I just couldn't get to sleep. Basically if one tries too hard to sleep it makes it an even harder task, oder? But. I dreamt of Jun Jun! Surprisingly. Or maybe not, since I did the Jun Jun meme last night. If I happen to have time again and do a NariKen or Okia-sama one, will I get to dream of either of them? Whahaha.
Woke up before 9.30am. Er, everyone was up before me again? Ha. Then I shall make it a habit. :p
Around noontime we set off to IKEA for lunch. I think the food here is more salty, but the family settled for the afternoon meal here because of the meatballs. Lol. I had smoked salmon salad (yes, nothing do change, except that they call it by a more unpronounceable name here) and also pasta. But the Alfredo sauce (they call that here) is tasteless and the shredded cheese too salty. Meh. A very filling meal nevertheless. I shall repeat again: their servings are gigantic here.
Today's skyshot of 1 (more to come :p)

I have been complaining to ST (and everyone else) that the weather is too warm for winter here. It has been above 20 degrees since I arrived, but around 3pm the temperature suddenly dropped. Very welcoming cold strong winds. Yay.
After lunch we head on to a place Uncle calls "Premium Outlets". Apparently a outlet for branded goods, sold at really affordable prices, or so they say.
Told you; more skyshots... XP
We reached the outlet
Food Court, it states, but nothing like ours D:
"Premium Outlets" huge compound
Lovely design at Polo Ralph Lauren. The GAP outlet here doesn't sell any bags to my disappointment. And Burberry's bags still make me look five years older though I still hope to own one someday. A shop called Ann Taylor has clothes to my taste, but I decided to save up the money first since I still have 10 days to survive? Another shop sells classic winter clothing and the gloves are a temptation. Very very elegant looking, and the right colours to match my black coat too. :)
It has dropped to 12 degrees around sunset. Yay. I skipped dinner coz there were only fast food at the food court and by the way, the pizza slices are cruelly enormous (hence no appetite). Keh.
We hastened to the car - the winds were blowing real strongly while I was still sipping the remaining of ST's iced Oolong Tea. In the car my left hand was practically numb from holding the cold drink and I searched for my gloves. I found the right hand side but not the left hand's. Shit. And frantically digging for it in my bag - all in vain.
Meanwhile the kids were screaming cold. My apologies, but I find that amusing :x
Reached home; I turned the luggage inside out upside down blah blah. I must have dropped it somewhere sometime ago. Maybe even before I reached Texas since I did not check for my gloves even then. Couldn't find it anywhere, so it's really gone and I have not even worn it. Really really pissed off.
Damn. I really need them for Japan? Meaning I need to get a new pair. And I should have then bought the pair I had my eyes on at that winter wear shop. Don't think we're returning there anymore.
Yeah. I wish to end here now. Just let me sink in dismay on the loss of my glove.
