And I'm done with Maison Ikkoku 17 - the total number of volumes being 18, I think 17 is actually the conclusion of the story. Everything is resolved, Godai is finally rid of Kyoko's misunderstanding, and Kozue finally moved on with her life. Kyoko really changed Godai - even though it took Godai FIVE YEARS (o_O) to get out of his introvert character, he finally told Kozue the truth, and so I guess Takahashi-sensei managed to make all the fans happy. 'Coz it was a really nice parting scene. And the die is cast! Godai will wed Kyoko. Come on, after 17 volumes Takahashi should reward us for our patience!
Now chaaaarge! Onto the last volume! ^^
