Genting - Day 2 / Part 3

We finally got bored, and me, seriously tired from lack of sleep (because I was the only one who didn't sleep throughout the entire bus journey) and decide to sleep or waste time sitting at the lobby waiting for our rooms. I slept now and then through the one half hour.

The reception at around 9am

10.10 Uhr
Rooms, finally! Beds finally! However I have to be very honest - I am utterly disappointed. Apparently the tour package offered the cheapest room - the room has 2 single beds with 3 pillows, plus the window is facing a yellow ugly wall. -__-;;; It's okay that we squeeze into two beds, but the room is really small to my dislike, and worst of all, the mirror faces the bed. o_O;; Pandora will definitely understand why I can't goe easy about it. It's up to the rest if they agree to put something over the mirror tonight; I'll be sleeping the furthest away from the mirror by any means.
We caught up with another 90 minutes of sleep in our room and each took a nice hot bath before leaving for lunch.

13 Uhr
Lunch at the hotel cafe. The food there doesn't look appetizing at all, but we want to save some time since it is getting very crowded everywhere else. "Roti-something" is unexpectedly filling and good. I have craved for rice because I was so hungry then, but the prices there are rather hefty.

After lunch we explore the outdoor theme park, and golly, it looked like so much fun!

I'm never interested in amusement parks but I thought since I'm on holiday I should change my outlook of things just for once. We reach the entrance beside Hotel Theme Park, and then because I was so distracted by the cold temperature outside - it is really getting close to what I experienced in Munich and Weimar - I managed to persuade the rest to take a walk outside. I am only wearing T-shirt, shorts and a scarf around my neck. The clouds are descending quite dramatically and the rain came so suddenly. Escaped back to shelter indoors, and our theme park plans busted. :(
